    Delmonico Iceberg Wedges: with tomato, eggs, onion, bacon, red onion, blue cheese, hazelnuts, ranch and Delmonico dressing

    Mini Ravioli Salad:  baby arugula, crushed olives, peppers red onion, marinated artichokes and blush Italian vinaigrette

    Potato Martinis:   The chef will fill your Martini Glass with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and your choice of mushroom ragu, butter, bacon, sour cream, chives, fresh tomato salsa, cheddar cheese

    Charcuterie Domestic Cheese Board:  beef sticks, salami, assorted cheeses, crackers, bread sticks, fresh pear and apple wedges

    Smoked Beef Tri-Tips: on grilled stoneground slider buns with coleslaw, pickle assortment, BBQ and/or huckleberry BBQ sauce

    Braised Chicken Breast Supreme:  with olive oil, lemon, onion, garlic, bacon, mushrooms, sherry cream, leeks, broccolini

    Tiramisu:  Ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with rich mascarpone cream and finished with cocoa
