WRBA Board meeting minutes
July 17, 2024
Meeting began at 11:30 am PM PDT
Mika Jarmusz, Judy Olson, Susan Goodwin were in attendance
The minutes of the 5/24/2024 meeting was approved as submitted by Alice Eby.
MOTION:
To rescind the vote taken on (5/24/2024) on dissolving the Western Regional Button Association allowiing Mika to try and find new board members with the stipulation that until new board is in place, no new expense are authorized.
Motion was made by Judy, seconded by Susan. Unanimously carried.
Mika will reach out to members to fill the vacant positions.
Susan will assist the new treasurer, when found, to transfer the treasury.
Judy offered to be on the WRBA bylaws committee after a committee chair is appointed.
